The standard offer includes:

• a complete and fully functional NRGBOX facility
• a description of the colour scheme, weight, dimensions, finish of the individual walls and floor, installed electrical system, lighting, heating and air conditioning and possible additional equipment
• information on the equipment of the NRGBOX with devices such as SMART TV, WIFI modem or sound system
• delivery date
• terms of payment
• how the site is prepared for the setting of the NRGBOX
• details of the NRGBOX construction and type of window and door frames as well as the parameters of the external façade

ORDER CONFIRMATION

Once we have received the offer and the terms and conditions of the offer have been accepted between the Parties, we send you an order confirmation form, which specifies the price, the expected delivery date, the bank account number for the first part of the payment, triggering the order.

Please note that the lead time starts when the first payment is credited to our bank account.

PAYMENT

Standard payment terms are:

• payment of 50% of the gross order value by bank transfer to the account number indicated to activate the order
• payment of 40% of the gross order value within 30 days of order initiation by bank transfer to the account number indicated
• payment of the remaining 10% of the gross order value within 7 days by bank transfer to the account number indicated, upon receipt of notification of readiness for delivery

There is a possibility of purchasing the NRGBOX in the form of a lease tailored to the Customer`s needs and possibilities (after an initial verification of the Customer`s financial situation).

DETERMINATION OF THE DETAILS OF THE NRGBOX AT THE PRODUCTION STAGE

At the production stage of your NRGBOX, it is possible to make several arrangements related to its construction. These include the location of the external unit of the heating and air-conditioning device on the wall of the NRGBOX, additional electrical points and their location. We can also make a selection of images for a possible interior wallpaper.

MANUFACTURE

NRGBOX is manufactured entirely `from scratch` by our Team. Each component is precisely crafted and assembled. Ongoing quality control is carried out at each stage in order to maintain the highest standards of our product.

Standard lead time is 10–12 weeks
Non-standard projects – over 12 weeks

SITE PREPARATION FOR NRGBOX INSTALLATION

Before the NRGBOX is delivered to the designated location, the site must be properly prepared for its installation. Site preparation – on the Customer`s side. It is also possible for the NRGOX team to prepare the site for a fee.

NRGBOX should be placed on a site that has been pre-prepared, levelled and paved with concrete blocks or slabs, or on a green area on pre-prepared and levelled concrete blocks laid on a stable and compacted base, e.g. measuring 50x50x30 cm of C20/25/ concrete.

TRANSPORT OF THE NRGBOX AND ITS INSTALLATION AT THE DESIGNATED SITE

Depending on the model of NRGBOX, transport is carried out using a tractor and a low-loader – to be determined individually. Unloading is usually carried out using a wheeled crane (on the Customer`s side – to be agreed).

ENJOY NRGBOX

Once the NRGBOX has been delivered, set and levelled in the indicated location, and the external electrical power supply has been connected (230 V power supply – for NRGBOX without sauna, and 400 V power supply – for NRGBOX with sauna), the facility is automatically ready for use.
